About the role:
We are looking for a assistant of sales manager to join our trading team. You will contribute to assist the international trading business development and maintain customer relationship, to support the growth of our international Trading business.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the development of company's iron ore/coal/nickel/chrome business in Mainland China, customer exploration, maintenance and management;
2.Responsible for assisting of sales manager for the development of company's iron ore/coal/nickel/chrome business in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, etc, customer exploration, maintenance and management;
3.Responsible for conflict resolution and customer communication and coordination during contract performance with the team member;
4.Complete the collection, collation and analysis of market information in iron ore/coal/nickel/chrome industries;
5.Complete other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
2.At least 1 years experience in international trading of iron ore/coal/nickel/chrome, working experience in large international trading companies is preferred;
3.Proficient in commodity trade business process, relevant laws and regulations and practices, familiar with industry development status; Familiar with the international trading of the iron ore/coal/nickel/chrome market;
4.Familiar with import business risk identification and control, strictly control business risk;
5.Regularly reporting business work status and completing reports to superiors on time Work assigned by leadership;
6.Good communication ability and expanding ability, negotiation skills, customer relationship management ability, the ability of organization and coordination;
7.Able to adapt to short-term domestic and foreign business trips, business reception and social interaction.
8.Proficient in English
Job Title：Trading Operations Associate
About the role:
We are looking for a Trading Operations Associate to join our trading team. You will contribute to the development and execution of our Trading operational flows, trading business development, to support the growth of our Trading business.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Support the team in trading implementation, such as negotiating trade details, drafting contracts, applying for internal approval, monitoring the implementation of trade, etc. for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations in Import Team.
2. Responsible for trading business development. Maintain good relations with trading partners and other related parties.
3.Collaborate with domestic colleagues to handle the customs declaration, inspection, tax payment and other related tasks.
4.Explore new international markets, identify and screen potential customers.
5.Complete other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
1.2-3 years of relevant work experience in international trading, commodity trading (iron ore, coal, and non-ferrous metals etc.)
2.Familiar with the international trading of the iron ore market and related trade regulations.
3.Good knowledge of international trade business process and risk management.
4.Proactive, careful, serious and responsible carefully to complete tasks.
5.Proficient command of Chinese and English
Job Title：Associate of Derivatives Trading Operations
Job Responsibilities:
1.Execute and manage futures/swaps transactions based on commodities trading strategies and customer needs.
2. Monitoring the futures/swaps market and trading risks, timely response to market changes.
3.Responsible for the transaction order entry, confirmation and post-transaction settlement process.
4.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of futures/swaps transactions to provide decision-making basis for management.
5.Analyze the movements and trends of the futures/swaps market, and put forward trading suggestions and improvement plans
6.Cooperate with compliance department to complete relevant inspection and audit work.
Job Requirements:
1.University Degree holder preferably in Finance/ Statistics/ Information Technology or related disciplines.
2.Sound knowledge of the futures/swaps products, market practices and the trading platform.
3.Familiar with the futures/swaps of the iron ore product is preferred.
4.Proficient with MS Excel, knowledge in Power BI, SQL and VBA an advantage.
5.Proactive, careful, serious and responsible carefully to complete tasks.
6.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
7.Shift duties are required, and work experience with shift duties is an added advantage.
